Join APALA colleagues and friends this June for one of our ALA annual events in Orlando. Enjoy a private guided tour of the Orange County Regional History Center. The Orange County Regional History Center, housed in a restored historic 1927 courthouse in downtown Orlando, showcases the vast collections of the Historical Society of Central Florida. Three floors of the five-story museum exhibits permanently a showcase of 12,000 years of Florida history. The museum, a Smithsonian Institution affiliate and AAM accredited museum, also presents nationally important limited-run exhibitions. The 1 to 1½ hour-long tour will be followed by a casual group lunch (on your own) at nearby Pho Vinh restaurant. The Orlando Sentinel had given this restaurant positive review highlighting their extensive menu, helpful staff, and delicious food. For more information and to register, visit the APALA website at
